The MCA Chicago Store accepts returns on most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that clearance items and custom-ordered products are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Chicago warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
